We offer bespoke commercial reviews of distressed projects including claims resolution plus review and settlement of variations, combating build cost inflation and programme slippage. Using our specialist Project Management and QS commercial acumen gained from contractor and developer backgrounds our Public Sector and Housing Association clients can utilise our commercial skills to get projects back on track whether it be short term intervention or long-term strategies.
